Unhurried care for
the animal who runs
your household.

We are a small-animal clinic built around one idea: nobody makes a good decision while being rushed. You get the whole picture, in plain language, before anything happens.

Open every day of the week

Sick today, seen today

We hold appointment slots open every morning for pets who got worse overnight.

Low-stress handling

Separate cat entrance, non-slip floors, treats first. Restraint is the last resort, not the first.

Lab results in-house

Bloodwork, cytology and urinalysis run on site — most answers come back the same visit.

No surprise invoices

You approve a written estimate first. If the plan changes mid-visit, we call before we spend.

What to expect

How a visit actually goes here.

Four steps, every time, whether you are here for a nail trim or a diagnosis you were dreading.

1

You talk, we write it down

The first ten minutes are yours. What changed, when it started, what you have already tried. Owners notice things instruments never will.

2

The exam happens where they are calm

On the floor, on your lap, in the carrier with the top removed — wherever your pet is least frightened. Cats stay in the room; we bring the equipment to them.

3

You see the estimate before we start

Every recommended test comes with a price and a reason, split into what we need today and what can wait. You choose. If the plan changes, we call first.

4

Findings in writing, same day

A plain-English summary lands in your inbox before closing: what we found, what it means, the dose and the date we want to see you again.
